Cancellation
We do not entertain
cancellation after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the
buyer. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this
term.
Exchange/ Returns
We accept exchange/ return of the sold products subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:
- Exchange/ return
requests will be entertained only in case the product(s) received by the buyer
are in damaged or expired condition. Only such cases will be considered for
exchange/ return thereafter.
- Buyer has to inform of
his/her intention to exchange the products within 2 hrs of receipt of the goods
at his/her shipping address.
- Such damaged goods
should be sent to us, only after written email consent from our side to send
back the product.
- All replacements will
be made after the returned shipment of product is received by us. The courier
charges for returning the damaged cases will be borne by us.
- Return orders are to
be sent back to the address from where it was dispatched to be confirmed by us.
- Bill/Receipt must be
present when returning the product(s).

Refunds
- Once the product has
been returned, the refund process will be initiated.
- We will notify you
on the status of the refund after inspecting the product(s) and the packaging.
- Once your refund is approved, we will process your refund directly. Depending on mode of payment it may take up to 10 days. If you made your purchase using Cash On Delivery (COD), we will refund the amount to your bank account. Hence, please enter your bank account details in the form.
